At Steiner Supplements, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for the safety of all customers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on supplement products once they have been shipped.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for:

Opened products
Unopened supplement products
Products purchased in error
Changes of mind
Flavor preferences
Products that have been used or consumed

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following solutions:

Replacement product at no additional cost
Store credit
Refund for the affected item (when appropriate)

Our goal is to resolve these situations quickly and fairly.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, reach out to our support team and we will do our best to help investigate the issue.

Steiner Supplements is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly to ensure fast shipping. Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee changes, modifications, or cancellations.
